Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items with all original tags attached and/or in original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered or washed.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Show Pony's return policy requirements.

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for exchange or store credit. Pre-orders will be offered store credit only.

Special orders and beauty products such as soaps and perfumes are Final Sale.
