Show Pony offers FREE ground shipping for all domestic orders over $99 within the Continental U.S.A

For FREE Ground Shipping, expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the time you place your order.

All orders under $200 qualify for $9.99 Flat rate shipping.

Oversized items like Art Prints have fixed shipping costs depending on dimensions & packaging.

Should you wish to expedite your shipping, we do offer alternative expedited shipping methods you can select at checkout.

Sales tax will only apply to shipments to Washington state.

Shipping rates for international orders (outside the U.S.) vary depending on location and method selected. International customers are responsible for any taxes and/or duties placed on the package by recipient country.

Shipping prices and/or free shipping offers are subject to change at any time.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all original tags attached. Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Show Pony's return policy requirements.

SALE items or items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for Exchange or Store Credit.

Pre-orders will be offered Store Credit only.

Special Orders are Final Sale.

Beauty products such as soaps and perfumes are Final Sale.

 

Important Notes:

Returns for products that received free shipping at time of purchase will have a $9.99 shipping charge deducted from the refund/credit.

When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or a mark. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Please take off all jewelry and watches prior to trying on to prevent potential snagging. Shoes must be returned with no signs of damage, wear or tear, and in the same original box with tags attached.

To return merchandise, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.  If you do not have an account with us, please contact us to complete your return.

2. Click the Return Item(s) button and submit the form.

3. Once you receive a return authorization email, package your item(s) and ship back to:

Merchandise must be shipped securely, pre-paid and insured. We do not reimburse shipping charges and recommend using a service providing a tracking number. We can't accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Items must be received within 2 weeks of original shipping date.

Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued or a refund to the same credit card with which the original purchase was made. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Show Pony back to you.

FAQs

I cannot find the item I was looking for online.

If a product has sold out (in all sizes) then it will have been removed from the site. If some sizes are still available, the item will still be shown online, with the available sizes highlighted.

We do not currently stock our entire inventory on our website. If you are looking for a specific item, please feel free to call us at (206) 706-4188. We will be happy to try to track an item down for you.

How do I find out about the style, fit or fabric of a specific item?

Every style shown on our website has its own specific page - on that page, the style overview is provided next to the main image. Greater detail on fit and fabric is provided below the main description.

What credit cards do you accept and is the site secure?

We accept all credit and debit Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We employ regularly updated encryption technology to make sure your card details remain secure during the transaction. The information needed from your card to complete a transaction includes the main account number of the card, the expiration date and the additional CV2 number (the last 3 digits on the reverse of your card). Without all these details it is not possible to authorize a transaction. We never store your CV2 number. Neither do we store the rest of your card details once the transaction period is complete. The main account number is retained securely and encrypted for a short period, in case we need to refund money to your card following any returns you send back.

We will never show your full card details on a dispatch note or order confirmation. We show the last 4 numbers of a card so that you can identify which card you used to make the purchase.

What does your newsletter contain?

The content will be different each time we create one, but the type of news it will include will be details of new styles arriving in store or online and any design ideas surrounding them, new product ranges we are launching, events or promotions we are organizing in-store or events we are sponsoring externally, what the press is saying about us and, of course, when our sale starts, before it starts!

What are the benefits of setting up a 'My Account' on your site?

Creating an account will allow you to:

  • Enjoy a much quicker checkout when you buy.
  • Save many addresses and just select one when checking out, rather than typing in addresses each time you buy.
  • Update your personal details whenever it suits you (change and edit your name, e-mail, contact number, addresses at any time of day!).
